Our Livelihood & Employment Assistance programme creates sustainable income pathways for women and Self Help Groups — through eco-friendly bag production, community canteens, and vocational skill partnerships that prioritise both environmental responsibility and economic uplift.

What We've Done
Eco-Friendly Bags Production
In partnership with DCCW Panchkula and DCCW Kalka, women from SHGs were trained to produce ~100 cloth and paper bags monthly — creating livelihoods while reducing plastic waste in the community.
SHG Canteen — Ongoing Operations
The Self Help Group canteen established in Panchkula continues to provide a self-sustaining daily income for member women — preparing and selling affordable meals with support from the Foundation.
